He started this organisation along with Boitumelo sharing the same vision of changing the aviation sector and introducing aviation to previously disadvantaged areas since 2014. He is the co-founder of Aviation Development in Africa organization, Chairperson of Pheli-Fm and an avid entrepreneur. His aviation background include being a Technical support and logistics between 2009 and 2014 at AeroClub of South Africa T&D and also a Gauteng Regional Officer in 2007 for the South African Model Aircraft Association. His awards include ATNS Aviation Enthusiasts of the year (2007), Wonders of Aviation (2015) and AeroClub of South Africa – T&D (2018)
